Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES
Our express service delivery timeframes are based off your location to our warehouse in Sydney. Metro cites across Australia can expect delivery within 1-2 business days, excluding Adelaide and Perth which can be 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
